Job Title: Highways Site Agent Location: Guildford, UK Salary: GBP55,000-GBP60,000 per annum My client are a market-leading multidisciplinary Tier 1 contractor providing services nationwide within sectors including highways. They #39;re looking for an experienced Highways Site Agent to join the team based in the Guildford area. The right candidate must have worked on similar highways schemes and possess EUSR 1 and 2. Key Responsibilities of the Highways Site Agent: middot;Manage daily operations on-site, including health and safety and project progress middot;Allocation of resources middot;Manage subcontractors and suppliers middot;Risk identification middot;Communicate with relevant stakeholders, including clients and local authorities middot;Promote HSE policies on site in line with company standards and legal regulations. middot;Build rapport with teams and build a collaborative working environment. Key Requirements of the Highways Site Agent: middot;Experience working for a highways contractor at Site Agent level is essential. middot;EUSR 1 and 2 mandatory. middot;Strong communication and leadership skills. middot;Demonstrable experience of delivering highways projects on time and within budget. middot;Relevant Civil Engineering qualifications. middot;Valid SMSTS and CSCS Cards. middot;Full UK Driving License.
