Site manager

Gel Engineering seeks a skilled Site Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be working closely with the Project Manager, Supervisor and site teams on the customers sites to deliver crucial water wastewater projects, ensuring they meet all time, budget, scope, and quality objectives. What you would be doing as a Site Manager: middot; Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. middot; Organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder progress meetings. middot; Liaising and directing site teams. middot; Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. middot; Ensuring project work deadlines are met. middot; Determining project changes with customer and Project Manager. middot; Providing administrative support as needed. middot; Undertaking project tasks, including site work as required. middot; Liaising with purchasing for parts, materials and plant hire required. middot; Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. middot; Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions to the Project Manager where applicable. middot; Create a project management calendar for fulfilling projects.
