Job description:
To support the generation of profitable tenders for authorization and submission, in order to maximize the order pipeline and its conversion into market share, revenue and operating profit within the business unit. To estimate the costs of projects in order to meet or exceed customers #39; requirements. To determine contractual, financial, technical and operational risks and to find opportunities to minimize risk and maximize gross profit. To support the fulfilment of the pipeline of contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximizing gross profit and customers #39; satisfaction. To implement all of the clients policies including those for SHE and risk management. To promote company values towards its customers in order to meet or exceed their expectations and fulfil the vision of becoming the most highly respected company in the industry. Main Duties: 1. To implement SHE Management System, policy and procedures and all legal requirements 2. To allocate resources within delegated authorities 3. To develop and build relationships with customers, contractors and subcontractors that support the tender process and the fulfilment of contracts 25. To support the handover of tender to the project team (procurement, contract management, commercial management and project management) 26. IT literacy including Word, Excel, Email 2. Minimum HNC or HND qualification (preferred) 3. Membership level RICS or CIOB, NVQ level 4 or a proven history of relevant experience. 4.
