Estimator- CAT A Fit Out Location: South West London (SW15) Salary: GBP45,000- GBP50,000 + Bonus scheme Benefits Include: * 25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays * Buy and sell holiday scheme for flexibility * Bonus scheme tied to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Travel allowances Responsibilities: As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include: * Analyzing project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate estimates * Conducting thorough cost analysis, including materials, labor, and overheads * Collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes * Developing comprehensive project budgets and timelines * Presenting estimates to management and clients, explaining cost breakdowns and assumptions Requirements: * Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, particularly in CAT A interior fit-outs * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail * Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes * Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite * Effective communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team If this opportunity is of interest email jamie.hine (@) huntermasonconsulting .com
