As the new Junior Sister/Charge Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Palliative care and Oncology CNS. Providing the education programme at the centre. Leading from the front, supporting your team to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of specialist care. Acting as a role model for the company #39;s values, ensuring all your patients physical and emotional needs are met. Post registration experience within oncology setting.
