Interim support manager elderly nursing home

Interim Support Manager Location: London We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interim Support Manager with a background in nursing home management to support one of our clients elderly nursing homes in London. The service is an 80+ bed home that cares for elderly residents with dementia and nursing needs. The home is currently rated #39;Good #39; in all five KLoE #39;s by CQC. There is a manager in place and the successful candidate will be supporting the existing manager with the day to day management of the home, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a high level of quality care for the residents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for providing the highest level of care to the elderly residents.
