Job description:

A highly reputable legal 500 law firm are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their team in Farnborough, Hampshire. This candidate must have 2 ndash; 5 years rsquo; experience in Private Family Law including Divorce, Finance and Children matters. Duties will include: Managing own caseload. Advising on a variety of privately funded family matters Develop existing caseload in divorce, finance, children and care matters Drafting legal documentation to include Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements Drafting various Court Applications Be actively involved in marketing and business development activities Desired skills: Fee earning experience essential within Family Law. At least 2 - 5 years PQE. Proven track record of meeting targets. Professional and proactive approach. Benefits: 25 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays.
