Job Title: Accounts Assistant (Practice) Location: Farnborough Salary: GBP26,000 - GBP30,000 per annum Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant with a background in practice accounting? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in Farnborough! Role and Responsibilities: As an Accounts Assistant in our practice, you will play a vital role in supporting our client #39;s financial needs. Your responsibilities will include: Processing payroll accurately and efficiently using Brightpay software Managing client accounts using Xero and QuickBooks, ensuring data integrity and compliance Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other client deliverable Conducting bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed.Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need: Previous experience in a practice environment, with a strong understanding of accounting principles. Proficiency in payroll processing, preferably using Brightpay software. Experience working with Xero and QuickBooks accounting software. A Level 3 or Level 4 AAT qualification, or equivalent relevant experience. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.Additional Information: This is a full-time, office-based position located in Farnborough.
