Project/ Contracts Manager ndash; Prime Residential My client are a prime residential main contractor based in SW London, who specialise, and have an established track record in delivering seamless construction projects, to the highest of standards. Owned by experience Directors, their projects include prime residential new builds, refurbishments and full fit outs of private single dwellings, with contract values ranging up to GBP5m. They have an established presence in SW London, Chelsea and Kensington and have a team of dedicated individuals, working alongside leading architects and skilled craftsmen to deliver high quality bespoke residences. Due to their volume of current and pipelined projects, they are now currently seeking a Project/ Contracts Manager to oversee up to x6 projects at any one time (dependant on size and value). The successful candidate will have a proven track record as well as a stable career managing various prime residential projects. Candidates must be IT Literate and have experience completing programmes, as well as being able to communicate well with clients, subcontractors, and architects etc. This is a great opportunity to attain a position working on high quality projects within a company that has a family feel and a genuinely team focused environment.
