The client typical project span is within GBP10 million - GBP50 million within the prime residential sector and within Super Prime the span is GBP50 million upwards. The principal contractor has a focus in having an extensive in house team with various subsidies that support the main contracting projects that insure control and high quality delivery on all of their projects. bull; The Opportunity: They are looking to appoint two experienced Design Managers to join their construction team.
