Our customer is part of a group and we are recruiting for a Mechanical Service Technician to join the team based in the Northeast, Midlands region. They want you to be an integral part of our team - we are recruiting a full team of Service Technicians capable of building upon our existing superb reputation as the go to Company for Commercial heatpumps and CHP systems. Do you have any of these traits? 1. Wired like a Duracell bunny ndash; you can just keep going to solve the problem. 2. Hard working, with the ability to just stick at it and just lsquo;fix things rsquo;. 3. An interest in Heatpump technology with software integration. 4. Like to spend your spare time riffling through technical manuals. 5. You understand that facts matter, and details are important. 6. You rsquo;re a process driven lsquo;I can figure it out rsquo; type of person. Industry experience is not required, you are supported directly by motivated and enthusiastic Engineers with decades of hands-on experience, both in the Company as well as their group partner who share the delivery of the goals. You will: 1. Drive the service side of the Business with high energy and focus. 2. Be hands on and willing to get stuck in as required. 3. Grow and nurture your new team. 4. Be organised and focussed on delivering the shared vision and bonus scheme. 5. Build upon our great reputation. 6. Have had previous leadership roles. 9. Qualifications and Experience: * Technical fault finding of some description preferable. * Demonstrable success in the technical arena. * Ability to lead and motivate teams. * Sound understanding of all commercial aspects associated with projects. * Ability to work alongside a large parent organisation. * Future potential of a Service Manager position
