Trials technician

Job SKills: Experience of working within a mechanical environment. Use of SAP, Microsoft Office and Teamcenter are desirable. Weapons background Robust nature as working outside mainly from+30deg to -12 deg Strong safety ethic A Team player in small teams Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 desirableShift Pattern: 08:00 - 16:45 Mon to Thur and Friday is a 12pm FinishCore Duties: Ensuring allocated tests and trials are competed in a safe manner to the highest quality standards, to customer time and cost constraints. Helping proactively driving a strong safety culture Ensure all equipment required for test and trials are maintained to a high standard and suitable for the task. Use of lifting equipment including fork lift trucks. Completion of equipment records. Setting up, operation and breaking down of test arenas. Providing test data to the Trials Engineer as part of a test report for the customer. Continuous Improvement of the Ridsdale range test facilities and capabilities. Ensure compliance with the requirements of SHE legislation and Business safe systems of work for self and others. Carry out training as and when required. Any other reasonable duties as required by the General ManagerPay Rate: GBP18.41 PAYE
