Mechanical Fitter GBP50,000 + On Target Earnings Cirencester One of the UK #39;s leading agricultural and plant machinery dealers are expanding thier engineering team to work out of their Cirencester depot. My client are looking for an Engineer / mechanical fitter with agricultural machinery or relevant plant experience to join their growing team on a full time basis. This will be a mixture of site visits as well as workshop based and would suit an experienced engineer who is looking for a Monday - Friday days role with good overtime rates, a range of equipment to work on and an established team to work with. Mechanical Fitter Job Duties * Be responsible for repairing and maintaining Agricultural machinery including Tractors and combines on some of the most prestigious agricultural brands in the world. * Need to keep accurate records. * Diagnose and repair problems with machinery ensuring the machinery will operate to a high standard in alignment with the manufacturers rsquo; specification, and is safe to use. * Demonstrate and install machinery where needed. * Need to work with service and workshop managers and ensure challenging timelines are met. * Travel to customers in the surrounding area of your depot to service and repair machinery.
