Based: Cirencester Salary: GBP25 - GBP28k PA This permanent full-time (37.5 hours a week), 5 days a week (Mon ndash; Fri) Hybrid position which includes 2 -3 days a week based in Cirencester, UK Key Responsibilities: Manage customer requirements in core business systems Process orders accurately and efficiently Handle credit notes and Return Goods Authorisation Maintain customer information with precision Develop and maintain customer services Standard Operating Procedures Ensure Customer Service KPIs are met for the best customer experience Requirements: Fluency in German or native speaker Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to work in a team and deliver on daily objectives Previous customer service experience is an advantage Valid work permit or VISA for the UK Join a global business that is positively impacting lives worldwide.
