Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Service Administrator/Scheduler to join the team: This role requires a bubbly, energetic and passionate person, who wants to join a genuinely lovely business. The Role * Answering and fielding phone calls from Clients, Engineers Subcontractors * Logging and responding to emails from Clients Subcontractors * Logging and triaging reactive maintenance requests * Assigning and planning engineers and subcontractors to open WO rsquo;s * Raising and sending Purchase Orders for Wholesale and Subcontractors * Updating our CAFM system * Updating clients portal systems The Person: * We are looking for someone who has experience in retail, administration, customer service or scheduling * Excellent communicator * You must have a positive mindset, can do attitude, solution finder The Package: * Starting salary of GBP23,795 * Permanent full time * Annual leave plus bank holidays * Working hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm * Joining a passionate and friendly team * Genuine progression for someone with the passion to do so
