They are recruiting a Data Centre Engineer to join the team located in E14. They are a Fortune 500 company and are a global leader in commercial real estate services and investment with over 100,000 employees in over 100 countries. Purpose of Job * To ensure client satisfaction and perception by providing effective planned and reactive Electrical or multi skilled maintenance/repairs to site including processes and procedures. * Provide support and assistance to Account Manager Key Responsibilities * Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices. * Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M E systems. * Formulating, Assessing and Validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements. * Preparation of quotations to client when required, Skills Qualifications * Experience working in Facilities Management. * HV AP or HV Switching Experience * Educated in an Electrical or Mechanical discipline. * Able to be mobile and respond to any urgent queries from the customer which may require site attendance. * Good understanding of the CAFM system. * Needs to be able to maintain high standards of service levels with the team.
