Recruitment Consultant ndash; Job Overview: As a 360 recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for: * Building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates. * Qualification of candidate rsquo;s skills to determine suitability for specific positions. * Interviewing and shortlisting the best candidates * Conduct client meetings * Negotiating job offers for candidates * Negotiate terms of business with clients * Sourcing and attracting the best talent * New Business development. Recruitment Consultant ndash; Person Requirements: We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join the team. We will also consider someone form a strong tele-sales background.
