As a Travel Manager, you will be responsible for: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing expert advice and tailoring travel packages to meet their needs. Proactively selling holiday options, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and travel products to enhance customers #39; experience. Collaborating with the team to promote special offers, incentives, and marketing campaigns. Opening times are generally 9-8 or 9-9 Monday to Friday and 9-6 on Saturday and Sunday, though this can change to fit the needs of the business. Travel Managers work 4 days in the week 9-6, including up to 2 late shifts 11-8 or 12-9 and 1 day at the weekend.
