Court of protection paralegal

My client is searching for a Court of Protection Paralegal to join their Sale, Trafford, Greater Manchester offices. Key Purpose of Role bull; To provide cost-effective administrative and secretarial support to the partner and other senior fee-earners in the team in the work of the department bull; Undertake certain elements of fee-earning work under supervision but not as a designated matter handler. Key Responsibilities bull; Providing paralegal support to the Court of Protection Team bull; Supporting existing Paralegal with client unoccupied property inspections bull; Attending on client property clearances, lock changes bull; Liaising with estate agents and other professionals bull; Preparing detailed and accurate file notes Desirable skills bull; Fee Earning Experience bull; Court of Protection Experience bull; Experience using Proclaim or a case management system bull; Ability to keep Accurate time recording bull; Ability to prepare accurate and detailed file notes bull; Experience dealing with vulnerable clients Miscellaneous bull; Carry out any other duties as appropriate to the nature of the post as required bull; Attend staff and departmental meetings as required bull; Undergo such training as might be appropriate for the role bull; Uphold the aims and principles of all the firm rsquo;s policies bull; This list is not exhaustive and may vary Benefits bull; 25 days annual leave plus 1 day for birthday and 8 Bank holidays bull; A contributory pension scheme bull; Cycle to work scheme bull; tech scheme bull; healthcare cash plan bull; flexible working hours Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.
