Chief Operating Officer A coveted opportunity to join a global luxury goods and media organisation as a Chief Operating Officer, sitting within one of their luxury goods brands. Location: Hybrid working - office located in central London Competitive Salary: GBP125,000 to GBP175,00 (DOE) Role description: Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic plans, providing leadership and guidance in their execution to achieve revenue targets. Maintain an understanding of industry trends, identifying opportunities for growth to stay ahead of competitors. Manage the sales team and provide leadership to department heads. This involves the recruitment, training and development of a high-performing team. Oversee day-to-day operations. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to further the company rsquo;s visibility and increase revenue generation. Maintain the company rsquo;s budget and ensure action is taken to achieve financial goals. Foster a collaborative environment and uphold the company rsquo;s values. Skills / Qualifications required: A Bachelor rsquo;s Degree/MBA in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (Desirable). Senior management experience within the media industry. Experience managing a team of 20 or more people. Entrepreneurial, with demonstrable commercial acumen and strategic thinking. Proven ability to increase business revenue and growth, with a high growth track record, and improve operational and organisational practice. Effective leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
