Junior Finance Operations Officer - 12 Month Contract ndash; Main purpose of the position: -Execution of Financial Operations for acquiring entities in TP group, including merchant settlements and reconciliation - Multi-currency merchant reconciliations - Accounts and other reconciliations - Help customer service with client queries - Provide assistance with accounting and control functions - Periodic reporting internally and externally Junior Finance Operations Officer - 12 Month Contract ndash; Key Duties: - Execute daily processing of financial operations transactions to complete timely and accurate payments to merchants - Daily merchant reconciliations - Record all transactions and report on performance internally - Reconciliations reporting for alternative payment methods - Visa Mastercard reconciliations - Negative Balance setoffs against merchants rsquo; payments or bank receipts - Investigations on merchants rsquo; returned payments - Calculation of DCC, FEXCO and other third-party commissions as required - Liaison with Treasury manager for weekly cash calculations - Setting up/ approving payments on banking portal Junior Finance Operations Officer - 12 Month Contract ndash; Experience Qualifications: - Ability to communicate in English and Via Standard desktop tools - Ability to work with data using Microsoft Excel and Word - Payments or banking experience would be considered as an asset - Demonstrates an attention to detail for accuracy and completeness - Ability to work on your own and initiate process improvement - Conscientious, reliable and diligent - A willingness to continue to develop professionally and personally - An excellent communicator who is self-motivated and a team player who can work in a fast--paced environment - Ability to have a lsquo;can-do rsquo; attitude to driving business growth - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - High levels of personal and professional accountability and integrity Junior Finance Operations Officer - 12 Month Contract ndash; Benefits: - Opportunity to be part of a rapidly scaling, prominent Fintech business - Flexible working- Health and Wellbeing ethos including regular wellness sessions, fitness and nutrition and other events as well as with internally qualified mental health first aiders- Family friendly enhanced benefits/policies- Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance - Social events and team building - Celebrations We recognise the value that a diverse and inclusive working environment brings to Trust Payments.
