Senior building surveyor

The Role: They are currently seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join the Northern Project Management Building Consultancy team, based in Leeds. You will undertake professional and project work for a combination of small private investment companies, institutions and corporate clients. Practice areas will include building surveys for investment and occupation purposes, dilapidations, contract administration, refurbishment works and maintenance advice (PPM), development monitoring on behalf of Funders, and project management work. The salary will be cGBP50-GBP52k + excellent bonus + extensive bens.
