Senior building surveyor

TSA Surveying is representing a national property consultant aiming to strengthen their Leeds team. This consultant is poised for significant expansion, driven by a surge in frameworks and fees. Over the past three years, they rsquo;ve successfully doubled both their team size and fees, with ambitions to replicate this achievement over the next 3 years, further doubling their team and fees. Currently the Leeds team consists of 9 building surveyors consisting of all seniority levels. They are in search of a senior building surveyor who thrive on a diverse range of projects and survey work. Additionally, there is an opportunity to cultivate and grow a team due to the company rsquo;s expansion, along with the avenues for progression to higher seniority levels and increased responsibilities. The successful candidate will be engaged in a variety of local authority projects, consisting of commercial, blue light, education, and healthcare sectors. The building surveying team works on projects with budgets up to GBP5million, overseeing the entire process from design briefings, preparing feasibility, proposal outlines, producing detailed drawings, specifications, preparing tender documentation, tender analysis, contractor appointments and contract administration.
