Contract furniture sales manager

The primary goal of this role is to increase the client #39;s market share within the UK Contract Furniture and Dealer markets by driving and managing sales growth. This involves meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets, developing strategic business plans, and ensuring robust collaboration with the US and European marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and visibility in the UK. Position Summary 1. Increase the client #39;s market share in the UK Contract Furniture and Dealer markets. 2. Drive and manage sales growth within the UK Contract Furniture Market. 3. Ensure monthly and annual sales targets are met or exceeded. 4. Collaborate with the US and European marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and visibility in the UK Contract Furniture Market. Principal Responsibilities/Duties 1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the UK Contract Furniture Market. 2. Report business KPIs to the UK European General Manager and Senior Leadership team, and produce accurate sales forecasts. 3. Contribute to annual strategic planning and budgeting processes. 4. Manage and expand partnerships across the UK. 5. Coordinate with UK, European, and US offices to ensure a global approach. 6. Manage key accounts in the UK Contract Furniture market, securing specifications and procurement. 7. Promote the client #39;s brand to all relevant stakeholders within the supply chain. 8. Analyze customer, competitor, and industry trends, providing insights to the UK business unit and US HQ. 11. Confidently present the client #39;s brand and product offerings to customers at all levels. 12. Maintain customer files and information using the client #39;s CRM system. 13. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. 14. Exhibit excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and focus. 15.
