Compliance and operations officer

SCHOOL COMPLIANCE AND OPERATIONS OFFICER Our Independent Prep School client are seeking a Compliance and Operations Officer to join them on a permanent, part time basis from September 2024. The Compliance and Operations Officer role will be to work 3 days a week, days to be agreed. Overseeing compliance and operations within the School, duties will include, but are not restricted to; * Acting as an advisor on employment matters across the School * Carry out, amend and advise upon risk assessments, policies and health and safety * Overseeing contractors for maintaince and cleaning * Elements of data management and GDPR compliance * Organise inhouse training for staff * Maintain personnel files This role could potentially offer some hybrid working throughout School holidays and potentially week to week. Experience for the Compliance and Operations Officer are as below; * Previous experience working in a compliance and operations role * Understanding of health and safety and HR legislation, including policies in relation to these * Ability to write clear, concise reports and present these * Understadning of data protection and related regulations Should you be interested in this position I highly recommend sending through your CV for consideration as this type of role is a niche role in high demand
