Customer Service Rep - German-Speaking Location: Preston Type: Full Time Salary: GBP22.8K - GBP23.5K Shift: Monday - Friday Client Profile: Gurler Mae is proud to announce, that we are searching for a Customer Service Rep - German-Speaking on behalf of our client. This opportunity is offered on a full-time and permanent basis. This is a Full-time Office Base role in Preston. As a Customer Service Rep- German-Speaking, the main objective of this role is to directly contact customers (via telephone and email) in order to resolve any outstanding balances. This position specifically focuses on dealing with customers in Germany. Additionally, providing support to the Team Manager in order to help the team achieve their goals is also a key responsibility.
