This opportunity is offered on a full-time and permanent basis. This is a Night Shift role working in the Office in the Preston area. As a Customer Service Rep- Portuguese-Speaking, the role involves contacting customers to create a promise to pay date for their invoices. New invoices can be sent and changes in details discussed at this point if necessary. Once the payment date is agreed it will be stored on the system and automatically flag up if the payment is overdue.
