Customer service assistant

Sterling Personnel are currently working alongside an eCommerce fulfilment service based in Crewe (CW1). Job Role: Customer Service Assistant/Operational support Location: Crewe, CW1 Hours: Monday ndash; Friday, 9am - 5pm Salary: GBP25k Role Purpose: To assist the Customer Services Team in the support of customers queries proactively providing day to day resolutions. In addition, working with the Operations department optimizing business improvements within productivity resolutions. Responsibilities: * Responding to and providing feedback to customers regarding issues raised. * Providing support to customers on a day to day basis. * Building relationships with Customers and key contacts * Investigate and resolve and complaints promptly * Take ownership of tasks until resolution * Complete customer requirements in line with company SLA rsquo;s * Record, update and maintain data on CRM system Experience: * Have a can-do attitude and proactive approach * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Be a great team player * A background in customer services is preferable but not essential * Problem solver with the ability to make logical decisions. * Microsoft Office skills If interested, please apply online, call (phone number removed) or text lsquo;CSA Crewe rsquo; to (phone number removed)
