Duties will include: Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and concerns effectively. Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings. Collaborate with various departments to meet customer needs and improve overall satisfaction. Keep detailed records of customer interactions. Skills and experience: Previous experience in customer service or similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
