Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager Assistant to join their dynamic team. This temporary position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Manufacturing Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Industrial Function. You will be responsible for managing the agenda, communication, and administrative processes for the Plant Manager. Your role will involve coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and maintaining the plant dashboard. Key Responsibilities: Manage the agenda, communication, and administrative routines for the Plant Manager Prepare and distribute internal memos, announcements, and newsletters Maintain records of meeting minutes and assist in finalising meeting presentations Update plant dashboard, official plant presentations, and organisational charts Manage expenses and forecasting for the Plant Manager #39;s cost centre Coordinate the administration of meeting rooms and conference calls Organise plant tours for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming visitor #39;s area Process orders for office supplies, stationary, and manage representative cards Coordinate internal sponsorships, Schneider campaigns, and charity events Apply Lean Processing principles in your responsibilities and dutiesQualifications and Skills: Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and accuracy in data management Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointJoin our client #39;s dynamic team and contribute to the success of their manufacturing operations.
