Business Development Executive ndash; Property Finance Lender GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 + Bonuses Altrincham My client are a Bridging Finance Lender based in Altrincham, they are on the search for an internal BDM, (B2B) Our client is a leading provider of Bridging and Development Finance who have doubled in size over the last 24 months but more importantly have doubled their own loan book size. They are keen to employ the right people and are open to people with sales experience from the following areas: retail, telesales, or direct sales (B2B) So if you are looking for a change and want to work in a fun, vibrant office and join a successful, growing team then we want to hear from you. Day-to-day your role will include: * Sourcing new business from leads that come in from the companies online advertising avenues. * Supporting the sales team to continue their exciting growth * Going the extra mile and working hard to secure new relationships with brokers and intermediaries You need to demonstrate the following skills and experience to be considered: * Driven by success * Focussed on delivering results * Adept with Technology * Confident communicating on the phone * Determination to hit a target and be successful. The successful applicant can expect a salary of between GBP30,000 and GBP35,000 coupled with a commission scheme.
