The role of a Business Development Executive (BDE): Generate new business within your sector and be aware of upcoming projects. Build rapport within your customer base, to establish needs, determine decision-makers and present how WCCTV rsquo;s products and services can support their requirements. Arrange well-qualified appointments, with the decision-makers, for our account managers to close the deal. Continuous development of your company, product, sector and competitor knowledge. Generate calls in excess of 70+ per day with a minimum of 90 mins call time per day in order to create that lasting impression. Why Join: Learning and development: We actively encourage questions! Your Characteristics: You will be a money-motivated individual with a desire to learn, develop and take full ownership of the role. You are solution-focused with a desire to find profitable outcomes for clients in the most efficient effective way. You are passionate and have the resilience to continue through any objections and overcome them. We can rsquo;t guarantee sales to be easy, but we will support you all the way. You can combine compassion and competitiveness ndash; you will work alongside, rather than at the expense of a team. You are coachable and eager to learn, we are not expecting you to hit the ground running from day one, we will coach, mentor, and develop you to progress and provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge. You have an instinctively curious personality, always asking why ndash; not only to learn but to ask the right questions to clients when faced with barriers. Your Experience: At least one years rsquo; experience working in a customer-facing role, within the hospitality or retail sectors. No prior sales experience is required but maybe you have participated in team sports, worked in retail/hospitality, volunteered or contributed to any community projects or programmes (for example, the Duke of Edinburgh award). You possess a high level of spoken and written communication and are confident handling a high number of calls each day. About Wireless CCTV (WCCTV): WCCTV was founded in 2001, in the UK and is the market leader for rapid deployment, mobile surveillance systems specifically designed to deliver video securely and efficiently via 4G LTE networks.
