Telesales account manager

M4 Recruitment are working with a leading importer of ethnic food products who are seeking an permanent Account Manager to work on the telesales team. In the role you will be expected to successfully fulfil the below: bull; Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business objectives and providing solutions that add value. bull; Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for further discussions. bull; Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email, providing correct product information and addressing customer concerns/queries. bull; Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities by managing leads effectively and following up on previous interactions made. bull; Identify and work on new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects. bull; Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to help effectively position products/services in the market. bull; Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, this is inclusive of pipeline activity, revenue and forecasts. bull; Use CRM software to maintain accurate records. bull; To configure pallets of product and organise all relevant documentation. (Internally as well as customer delivery notes). bull; Arranging delivery of orders as per agreed delivery dates and monitoring to ensure delivery. Notifying the customer of any issues.
