Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth by showcasing Our Client rsquo;s capabilities to prospective clients, securing and delivering consulting projects. Understand client requirements to deliver clear, comprehensive proposals in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Director of Research. Lead, coordinate, and personally conduct high-quality research and consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery under pressure. Engage in primary and secondary research through various methods, including proactive calls, industry events, and detailed data analysis. Craft and present clear, impactful reports and findings to clients and at industry events. Maintain and expand a personal network within the industry, contributing to Our Client #39;s market-leading intelligence services. Participate actively in client meetings, including presenting at external offices and industry events. Feedback valuable insights to the research team to enhance the relevance and quality of intelligence services. Qualifications and Requirements: Undergraduate degree in a technical or numeric discipline from a leading institution; post-graduate study advantageous. Minimum 3 years #39; relevant experience in engineering, operations, research, strategy, or consulting. Deep knowledge of the offshore wind industry and energy markets. Proven track record in business development, client engagement, and proposal writing. Exceptional project management skills, able to manage both personal workload and the work of others under pressure. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly in both verbal and written form. Strong numerical and statistical skills, proficient in analysis and forecasting using MS Excel. Confident in face-to-face engagement and problem-solving. Willingness for office-based, hybrid, or remote work, with regular office visits if remote.
