Administrator

One of the most prestigious estate agents in St Albans are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their team. This is an interesting and busy role within the business. You will need to have solid administration experience, will enjoy a client facing position, be well organised and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. This role is full-time in the office What rsquo;s in it for you? * Salary: GBP27k-GBP30k * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Great benefits including paid parking, life assurance, medical and dental cover, season ticket loan, eye care voucher * Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm with occasional Saturdays Key responsibilities for the Administrator: * Provide proactive administration support to the team * Prepare property brochures * Deal with correspondence and compose written replies on behalf of the team * Assist with administering the client onboarding processes * Carry out all client due diligence, screening and processing * Producing and chasing overdue invoices * Arrange property viewings and manage diaries * Build and maintain client relationships * Maintain client files on the company rsquo;s database * Receive telephone calls on behalf of the team, respond to enquiries where possible For this Administrator role the employer is looking for: * Similar administration experience within a busy and demanding environment * Excellent practical use of Word and Excel * Able to pick things up quickly and use own initiative * Able to stay calm when working under pressure and meeting deadlines, managing, and prioritising workloads * Excellent planning, organisational and coordination skills * Accuracy and attention to detail * Must be a team player and be capable of building and maintaining good relationships with team members, other colleagues, clients, and suppliers If you are interested in this Administrator role, please apply now!
