Part time accounts assistant

Company details and job overview: Kenton Black Finance have partnered with a business based in Lytham who have been operating for over 50 years. This business has a turnover of around GBP33 million and they are now recruiting for a part-time Accounts Assistant for a 12 month fixed term contract. Your new role as the part-time Accounts Assistant: bull; Post all Cash Receipts in the ERP system from the three Invoice Finance Bank Accounts (GBP, USD, EUR) and maintain Excel Cashbook reports. bull; Deal with Customers #39; payment queries bull; Customer Account Management, including Sales Ledger reconciliations and chasing payment from our regular customers. bull; Portal Reconciliations for 3 large customers bull; Generate, review and send monthly Customer Statements. bull; Prepare weekly and monthly Debtor reports. bull; Update the Cash Flow Forecast with Daily Receipts. bull; Update the Cash Flow Forecast at least weekly with forecasted Cash Receipts. bull; Deal with LN finance queries from the Finance Team, as necessary. bull; Provide cover for other Finance tasks, as per the Finance Checklist. bull; Support the Head of Finance, as required bull; Promote the concept of Continuous Improvement within the Finance Team. bull; Ensure all activities carried out are ethical, meet H S regulations comply with company procedures. bull; Any other duties / reports, as required.
