Start: Positions running from May through to December Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge Warehouse Hours: 36.25 hours per week, 8.55 ndash; 17.10 Monday ndash; Friday Hourly Rate: GBP11.44 Per Hour + Holiday Pay (Overtime is paid at GBP17.16 for anything above 36.5 hours) Customer Service / Administration Duties: * Answering the telephone dealing with multiple customer enquiries * Constructing emails to customers dealing with enquires and complaints * Updating the CRM system accordingly * Processing of sales orders * Processing high volume emails PLEASE NOTE: You MUST have good communication skills, both written and verbal in English to be compliant with health and safety.
