We are seeking a dedicated Marketing and Bid Writing Coordinator to join their vibrant team. This role includes regular travel to London, providing an exciting opportunity for exposure and professional growth. As a Marketing and Bid Writing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the Partners with the delivery of the marketing plan and leading the bid writing efforts. This role is perfect for a proactive marketer who thrives under pressure and enjoys working on diverse projects across different mediums. Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of the organisation #39;s marketing strategy in collaboration with the Partners Manage specific tenders, capability statements, and materials for client business development meetings Lead the drafting and promotion of content for social media platforms like Twitter and LinkedIn, as well as thought leadership pieces Translate broad client strategies into local, actionable marketing plans Take ownership of competitive pitches, RFPs, client presentations, and other business development documentation Project manage bid processes to completion, adhering to tight deadlinesKey Criteria: Base understanding of the bid writing process Experience in the construction industry is desirable but not essential Proven track record in contributing to a marketing strategy and executing it with measurable results Proficiency in Adobe InDesign Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders both internally and externallyThis position offers a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional looking to elevate their career and make a significant impact in a growing company.
