Your primary responsibility is to offer tailored support to help students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential within the school environment This role involves working closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to ensure the delivery of effective support strategies Implementing individualized learning plans, promoting student engagement and independence, and maintaining regular communication with relevant stakeholders. Requirements To be considered for the role of 1-1 Classroom Support you will: Have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, such as learning difficulties, autism, and sensory needs. Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential. Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Two years supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
