Resilient SEMH Learning Mentors/ Teaching Assistant needed in Coventry! Do you have experience working with young people with social emotional mental health/emotional behavioural difficulties? Are you confident with conflict management? Are you looking for a full-time role in Coventry? We are desperately seeking positive, enthusiastic experienced Social Emotional Mental Health Learning Mentors with exceptional behaviour management skills to work with an Alternative Provision for young males with Social Emotional Mental Health and other needs. It is based in Coventry and offers an alternative curriculum to students aged from 4 ndash; 16 who have been permanently excluded from mainstream education due to social emotional mental health or behavioural needs. The Provision are looking for strong, experienced individuals who are resilient, friendly and flexible. People who have worked in backgrounds involving discipline, teamwork and experience of working with challenging behaviours such as the armed forces, the police and in prisons will likely do exceptionally well. The provision has an excellent reputation and is a great place to work; the staff are welcoming, friendly and supportive of one another.
