Customer service officer

Customer Service Officer - Replenishment We have been instructed to find a Customer Service Officer for our Client based in Carrington. The Customer Service Officer will cover all aspects of Sales administration in the busy commercial department of the SAICA Paper mill. The Replenishment Office will liaise with customers and internal departments in order to enable the commercial, planning, production and logistic functions to operate efficiently. Ideal skills and experience would be hellip; * Knowledge and experience of a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) would be advantageous as would previous account management experience * Good interpersonal skills * Proactive and effective prioritisation * Analytical skills * Professional commercial approach to both customers colleagues * Attention to detail and use of initiative * Work well within a team * Previous experience of administration in a busy sales/manufacturing environment is essential * 5 days per week * Office based * 37.5 hrs If you are interested in discussing this opportunity further then please do get in touch with Lee Narraway at the Staffing Experts.
