Mobile Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer Leicester GBP37,400 + Van + Fuel Card Your new company * One of the largest Facilities Management Technical Services provider. Your new role * Working in a mobile multi-skilled maintenance role, Mon - Fri, 40-hour week, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across the East Midlands region (Leicester, Nottingham, Loughborough) * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances. * Emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, light replacements, light maintenance, filter changes and cleaning on AHU #39;s, water hygiene, flushing, basic plumbing, temp checks, minor repairs, fault finding and any other general building service maintenance duties. * You will be liasing with clients and stakeholders at different levels daily. What you #39;ll need to succeed * The ideal candidate will hold electrical qualifications - highly desirable. * Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential. * Strong communication skills. * Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
