To demonstrate appropriate de-escalation skills in managing aggression exhibited by service users, subject to achieving agreed training and competency in Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression techniques. Escort patients as appropriate to other areas of the hospital or outside the hospital as delegated by trained members of staff.
