Admin Assistant DN19 Full Time- Monday-Friday Temporary contract- approximately 4 weeks with the potential to extend Immediate start GBP13.00ph DOE Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide general admin support to ensure the smooth running of their operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is proactive, highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Assist in raising sales invoices ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Respond to customer queries and provide excellent customer service. Manage and maintain reports, ensuring data integrity and completeness.Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative role Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks. Customer-focused mindset, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
