Duties Responsibilities of the Credit Controller: Contact clients / internal contacts for collecting debts of the company Work alongside the debt collection agency when debts become overdue Ensuring appropriate prioritisation techniques timely follow up on all outstanding debts Full ownership of your assigned portfolio, driving resolutions and escalations Driving cash flow targets by strong portfolio management relationship building Skills Experience: Demonstrable Credit Control experience CICM qualified (preferred, not essential) Excellent interpersonal team work skills cultivating long term relationships at all levels of own customer rsquo;s organisation Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced dynamic environment demonstrating success at reducing aged debts improving metrics Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Salary is between GBP25k - GBP30k depending on experience, with hybrid working options available.
