We are currently seeking a highly organised and friendly individual to join our team as an Office Front of House Assistant. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role will involve reception duties, greeting guests, and housekeeping tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: * Welcoming and greeting guests as they arrive at the office. * Directing visitors to the appropriate departments or individuals. * Acting as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. * Providing information about the office, answering visitor questions and assisting with any special requests. * Maintaining a clean and orderly office environment. * Cleaning and organising common areas. * Restocking supplies. * Storing and organising stationery. * Ensuring that the office is presentable at all times. Person Specification: * Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with an ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner. * A customer service-oriented, you should be attentive, helpful, and able to handle guest inquiries and requests effectively. * The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks is crucial in this role. You should be able to manage reception duties, greet guests, and perform housekeeping tasks efficiently * Maintaining a clean and orderly office requires attention to detail. You should have a keen eye for cleanliness and be able to ensure that all areas are well-maintained.
