Assistant Document Controller A rare opening for an Assistant Document Controller to join an established regional contractor in Hertfordshire who operate in the Education, Healthcare, Commercial, and Mixed-Use sectors. An additional days holiday is awarded after 5, 7 10 years rsquo; service up to a maximum of 28 days. * Pension * All professional membership subscriptions and training are covered. * Annual free health checks and flu jabs. * Employee Assistance Programme with mental health and well being support. * Eye tests and glasses paid for when regularly using a computer screen. * Regular pay reviews * Continued career progression Roles Responsibilities * Support the Senior Document Controller with all aspects of project documentation across multiple simultaneous projects and provide support to the project delivery teams. You will be located at the head office in Hertfordshire and will report to the Head of Design. Key Responsibilities * Process incoming and outgoing distributions of documentation. * Ensure control and coordination of documentation and data for each project and check revision control. * Assistance in the preparation, collation and issuing of reports and registers as required. * Ensure all documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements. * Work in co-operation with project team members to ensure timely information flow. * On BIM projects, ensure that all information is in a compliant format and that all drawing and document numbers are in line with BIM protocols. * Complete full-size printing for site once a week. * Ad-hoc duties as required to assist the project team.
