Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with teachers to support lesson delivery and classroom activities as a Teaching Assistant. Provide targeted one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by teachers. Assist in preparing engaging learning materials and resources to enhance lesson effectiveness. Foster positive relationships with students to support their social and emotional development. Implement behavior support strategies in alignment with school policies to maintain a positive learning environment. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential. Demonstrated genuine passion for education and commitment to student well-being as a Teaching Assistant. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic educational environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other support staff for student success.
