Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support in English and Maths to a student with additional needs. Assist in planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet the student #39;s specific requirements. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to the student rsquo;s academic and personal development. Collaborate with teaching staff to create and utilize effective learning materials and resources. Support the student rsquo;s behavioural and emotional needs, ensuring a respectful and disciplined classroom atmosphere. Track and assess the student rsquo;s progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
