My client who provides total building maintenance and facilities management for commercial buildings within the private and public sectors are looking for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer in the Leeds area. About the role We are looking for a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer in the Leeds area who will cover the site doing PPMs, reactive works etc. Principal Accountabilities bull; Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance bull; Emergency lighting test bull; Power distribution bull; Fault-finding bull; Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service Skills and Qualifications bull; Technically qualified M E Maintenance Engineer bull; Demonstrable experience of Access Control Systems bull; Demonstrable experience of managing and implementing change programmes bull; Demonstrable examples of innovation bull; Excellent customer interface skills bull; Use of IT tools bull; Good quality and process driven person bull; C G A+B or C G 2391 test and inspection bull; Have a good working knowledge in building fabrics bull; To be able to work on a wide range of projects bull; Driving License 40 hours per week with participation in a 24/7 call out rota.
